Heather shares her favorite new moves and combinations which includes "fearless floorwork." No need to bring kneepads because all of the floor moves are off the knees.

Creative Dance Composition: Sunday July 13th from 12-2pm
Heather shares exercises that Urban Tribal uses to stimulate creativity and develop staging. Bring a notebook, and kneepads if you want to play with floorwork.
